Why do we charge for our meal plan?

We prepare personalized meal plans for our customers. The personalized meal plans are created by our best nutritionists. The meal plans are diligently prepared by taking into consideration all of the customer’s personal preferences and requests. It takes proficiency to create personalized meal plans in a prompt manner that guarantees wanted results.

Can I cancel my subscription?

How can I get a refund?

We’ll be really sorry to see you go, but if you want to cancel your meal plan you can apply for a refund within 14 days. You can get a partial refund by contacting our customer support (email address: [email protected]). Please provide detailed information on how the diet plan we have supplied to you has not met the product description on our website and attach the receipt of your payment to the email.

How long does it take to get my personalized plan?

Usually, it takes about 24 hours for our professional nutritionists to review the plan based on all of the information that you have provided and share it with you. If you don’t receive your plan in 24 hours, please check your SPAM box first, sometimes the email with the link to a plan ends up there. If you can’t find it there, please go to this link https://mydiabetes.diet/myplan and you will be able to access your plan by entering the email that you have used while purchasing the plan.

My link is not working

This is a very rare error, but sometimes it could happen for a few different reasons, including the ones related to the third-party services that we are using to provide the best experience for you. Can I change my meal plan?

Our meal plans are very flexible, so you are in complete control of your plan and able to create meals on your own. If you need any assistance, let us know at [email protected]

What should I drink during the diet?

Water is going to be your main choice of drink. You can also drink coffee and tea. You can not drink sugary drinks as they have too many carbohydrates.

How much weight will I lose?

It is totally dependant on you. If you add exercise and eat healthy food, then obviously the results will be more drastic.
